This program allows multilingual individuals the ability to develop and continue their careers in hospitality, tourism, or leisure management. To qualify, applicants must have education or experience in the hospitality or tourism industry and be fluent in either Japanese, Portuguese, French, or German.

Participants work in one of the following operational level disciplines: Front Office/Reception/Guest Service, Resort Food & Beverage, Resort Merchandise, Theme Park Guest Relations.

These outstanding opportunities require mandatory participation in the Walt Disney World College Program Seminars, plus the option to take courses through the Disney University Centers of Excellence.
