This program offers career development opportunities for international culinary talent. To qualify, applicants must have two to three years of practical culinary experience.
Participants work in operational culinary roles in a hotel or theme park within thr alt Disney World Resort. Assignments vary, depending on individual interests and qualifications, but may include quick service, casual, or fine-dining kitchens. All offer the opportunity to train in a fast-paced environment where quality is stressed.
Participants will be required to fulfill a Culinary Learning Plan that includes mandatory culinary workshops, job shadows, and mentor meetings.
