Maintenance

The Maintenance team at the Walt Disney World® Resort includes over fifty various job classifications, all of which are crucial in providing the ultimate Guest experience. Possible candidates for Maintenance roles should possess at least four years of applicable experience in a particular skill, craft or trade. However, please note that some roles may require two or four year degrees.

Current roles that may be available include:

  • Electricians
  • Gardeners (2 year degree required)
  • Heavy Equipment Operators
  • HVAC/Refrigeration Technicians
  • Industrial Mechanics (Hydraulics – Pneumatics)
  • Machinists
  • Mechanical/Welding
  • Mechanics (Auto/Bus/Diesel/Truck)
  • Quality Control Inspectors
  • Pest Control Operators
  • Projection Technicians
  • Ride/Show Technicians
  • Solid Waste Equipment Operators – CDL A Required
  • Truck Drivers – CDL A Required
  • Welders

Full-time, part-time and seasonal Cast Members at the Walt Disney World Resort may also be able to share in various aspects of the Disney Difference.
