From character performers to dancers, greeters to technicians, Entertainment Cast Members at the Walt Disney World® Resort make dreams come true for Guests who are both young and young at heart.

Character Performers
Character Performers portray specific costumed character roles within a height range, perform meet and greets with our Guests, sign autographs and pose for photographs. Candidates must meet audition requirements and have the ability to meet movement and animation skill evaluations.

Character Performers receive a starting rate of $9.15/hour.

It is not necessary to complete an online application prior to attending an Open Call audition for Disney Character Performer and Disney Look-alike Performer roles.

Character Attendant
Character Attendant responsibilities include accompanying Character Performers during meet and greets, answering Guest questions and providing information, using creative storylines to support the Character experience and relaying information to large crowds of Guests."

Character Attendants receive a starting rate of $7.85/hour.

Full-time, part-time and seasonal Cast Members at the Walt Disney World Resort may also be able to share in various aspects of the Disney Difference.
