Steps to Apply

Thank you for your interest in Walt Disney World® Resort! The following information will help you complete the application process.

If you need to return to a previous page while filling out the application, please click the “Back” button on the toolbar. Once you have made the necessary corrections, make sure to click the “Refresh” button at the top of the screen before moving on to the next page.
 

Applying For a Role

Step 1: Select a Role
To decide what role you may be interested in, take some time and read through the descriptions of the variety of roles at the Walt Disney World Resort. Remember to keep a few options in mind to write down as you will enter your second and third choice roles when filling out the profile. Once you have decided which role best matches your interests, click “Apply for this Position” at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: Creating A Profile
To begin, you will create an account by entering a Username/E-mail and Password. Your Username should be a current, valid e-mail address. Please also note that your Password is not case sensitive and must be at least six characters (such as MINNIE1). If you do not have an e-mail address, please use your last name and the last four digits of your Social Security Number as your Username (such as MOUSE1234).

This account will allow you to return at any time to finish your application or edit your information. To access previous applications, please click on "My Role Sheet" at the top of the log in screen.

All questions in RED are mandatory fields.

Step 3: Completing the Application
Once you have completed the Profile, please click the Submit button on the bottom of the page to continue on to the Application. Please note that the application could take 30 to 45 minutes to compete.

Be sure to have the following information handy:

  • Contact information (Current home address, phone number and emergency contact information)
  • Social Security Number
  • Scheduling availability
  • Educational information
  • Previous employer information

Step 4: Submitting the Application
Once your application is completed, remember to log out. Your completed application will remain on file for up to six months, and you may be contacted as positions become available.
