Bus Driver

Whisking Guests off to their next magical destination is just one of the many benefits of being a Bus Driver at the Walt Disney World® Resort. Bus Drivers transport our Guests daily from reality to fantasy both safely and efficiently.

Cast Members in Bus Operations drive multiple routes, based on Guest demand, across the Walt Disney World® Resort. Bus Drivers will gain an understanding of the entire property to answer Guest questions, spiel stops and safety information over a microphone, and operate a disabled lift to assist Guests utilizing wheelchairs to gain access to the bus. It is also the important responsibility of Bus Drivers to conduct vehicle inspections and ensure the safety of our Guests and Cast Members.

A Commercial Driver License (CDL) is not necessary to apply for the Bus Driver role, but will be required if hired into the role.

Bus Drivers receive a starting rate of $10.70/hour.

Full-time, part-time and seasonal Cast Members at the Walt Disney World Resort may also be able to share in various aspects of the Disney Difference.
