The Walt Disney World® Resort is known throughout the world for its legendary Guest service. That service now starts as soon as our Guests arrive at the Orlando International Airport with our Disney’s Magical Express® Airport Representatives.

Ensuring that their arrival experience is as seamless as possible, our Airport Representatives greet Guests as soon as they arrive for their Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Based at the Orlando International Airport, Airport Representatives operate the Welcome Center and oversee the Guest arrival process including monitoring arriving flight times, communicating delays and flight changes to Base Operations, checking Guests in for their Disney's Magical Express experience and loading the motor coaches for departure to the Walt Disney World Resort hotels.

Disney's Magical Express Airport Representatives receive a starting rate of $9.20/hour.

Full-time, part-time and seasonal Cast Members at the Walt Disney World Resort may also be able to share in various aspects of the Disney Difference.
