Qualifications:
• Southern California resident or student with local living accommodations
who does not require housing or living arrangements
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the Disneyland® Resort
• Currently enrolled in a college/university and have completed at
least one semester
• In good academic standing at his or her school (generally a
2.0 GPA or higher)
• Must have unrestricted work authorization
• Attendance at a campus presentation. Interviews for both Disney
College Program and Advanced Internships will occur on campus following presentations

Continue Your Disney Career
Upon completion of the Disney College Program, participants may have the opportunity to return to the company and take part in one of our Advanced Internships. These programs are geared toward specific majors, including Marketing/Sales, Merchandising, Hospitality, Human Resources, Education, Sciences, General Business, Accounting/Finance and Communications, and will fine-tune what participants learned as Disney College Program interns while opening even more avenues to networking with Disney professionals.
Advanced Internships generally last 3 to 6 months and begin in January or June. In certain instances, Advanced Internships may be completed while attending school. Participation in these programs will require the completion of a learning plan and may also have specific Line of Business or project-based requirements for successful completion. These requirements may be found in each role’s job description.
