This group is responsible for the day-to-day support of UNIX and NT servers, workstations, and the data they hold. Responsibilities also include all hardware support inclusive of installation, configuration, and repair of all server and workstation class hardware and technical support coordination in order to coordinate all functions of the Technology Support Organization including licenses, user moves, software, and hardware evaluations.
