This individual manages project teams from design, development, and integration phases through production handoff. You also determine the technical plans, projects, and teams necessary to achieve business goals, communicate management needs, assess viability of projects and resources, and perform staff reviews.
In this role your main interaction is with production, management, and your project teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
5 years' experience in software engineering/system administration
2 years' management experience
Understanding of UNIX development
Familiarity with object-oriented software requirements and design methodologies
Strong communication skills
