Q: Does Disney provide health coverage?
A: Depending on where you live, Disney offers up to six medical options, three dental options, and two vision options from which you can choose. If you are covered by a collective bargaining agreement, these benefits may vary.
Q: What kind of retirement plans does Disney offer?
A: If you meet certain service requirements, you may be eligible to participate in a 401(k) savings plan and/or a Company-sponsored retirement plan. You also can save through the Employee Stock Purchase Program, which allows you to buy Disney stock through payroll deductions.
Q: What are Reimbursement Accounts?
A: You can use before-tax dollars for eligible health care and/or dependent care expenses that are not covered by another plan. These accounts are subject to IRS and plan rules.
Q: Does Disney offer an Educational Reimbursement plan?
A: Yes. Regular, full-time employees may apply for reimbursement of books and tuition up to the amount determined by the Disney University.
Q: What types of admission discounts does the Company provide?
A: Eligible employees receive tickets periodically (usually twice per year), based on the number of eligible dependents, for admission to the Disneyland® Park, the Walt Disney World® Magic Kingdom® Park, Epcot®, Disney-MGM Studios, or Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Eligible employees also receive a merchandise discount at selected Disney-owned and -operated stores.
