Sears, Ted (d. 1958) -
Joining the Disney company in 1931, Ted Sears became one of the prime
storymen, with his specialties being personality and character. When an
animation manual was written for the animators in the mid-1930s, it was
Ted who wrote introductory analyses of the standard characters. He received
story credit on almost every Disney feature from "Snow White and the Seven
Dwarfs" to "Sleeping Beauty."
