Lounsbery, John (1911-1976) - A quiet and unassuming, but talented, animator, John Lounsbery started at the Disney Studio in 1935 and served as animator or directing animator on most of the Disney animated features from "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" to "The Rescuers." He was one of the group of key animators Walt Disney called his Nine Old Men.
