Hee, T. (1911-1988) - During
the 1940s, when
a Disney staff member needed a caricature, he
usually turned to the man with the unlikely name
of T. Hee. Hee was an accomplished
caricaturist, who also lent his talents to many
Disney films as director, storyman, and stylist,
with his name in the credits often invoking a
chuckle. "The Dance of the Hours" sequence of
"Fantasia" was one of his prime directorial efforts.
Hee was picked by Walt to move to WED
Enterprises in the 1960s to work on the New
York World's Fair projects.
