Davis, Marc (b. 1913) - Of Walt's Nine Old Men, Marc was the only one who Walt pulled out of the animation department and sent over to WED to help out with the planning of Disneyland. After having gained a reputation in animating classic female characters such as Cinderella and Tinker Bell, Marc turned his talents to story and character concepts for the park. He would return to animation for awhile (to create the villainous Cruella De Vil, for example), and then go back to WED, where he was instrumental in planning all of the Disney pavilions for the New York World's Fair.
