CLUB DISNEY WILL CLOSE ON NOVEMBER 1, 1999. At Club Disney we have been dedicated to creating a special place where children and their grown-ups could enjoy enriching activities and imaginative play. We are very proud of what we have accomplished. However, we have concluded that a broad rollout of the clubs will not meet the Company's return requirements for the capital that would be invested in the business.
