Our art-talent Fairies are putting the finishing touches on the newest seasonal realm (coming this winter!), and we need YOUR help naming one of the frosty new meadows. Take a sneak peek at the new meadow on the right, then write in and tell us what you think we should name it. Can't wait to hear from you!

Fly with you, Fairies! I hope everyone had a great time at the Animal Masquerade. I know I did. I did the animal-talents proud by putting on my Tailflower Boots, Calla Lily Skirt, and Oak Leaf Sash – all brown, of course -- to go with my Chipmunk ears.

The Animal Masquerade Ball Has Begun!]]>

It's dress-up time in the Hollow! Head over to the brand-new autumn meadow, Acorn Summit, to join in on the festivities (You can find the meadow sign at the top of Maple Tree Hill and Pumpkin Patch). Have fun shopping for adorable animal decorations at Summit Style, and dress up in chipmunk ears or a gorgeous animal mask to honor our critter companions. The masks are handmade by animal-talents and have just been put on sale! You can now trade Raspberries for the masks which can be earned quick as a flit by playing Harvest Hustle. Remember, the masks will only be around for a limited time!
Plus, if you were one of the lucky Fairies who got a sneak peek at our newest talent game, Fairy Fireworks, please let us know what you thought. Please be sure to report any problems you may have encountered.

Hope everyone had a Fairy fun time at Tinker Bell's Arrival Day party! Have you ever wondered how Tinker Bell arrived to Pixie Hollow in the first place? How do Fairies actually go about changing the seasons on the mainland? All of the answers can be found in the magical new movie, "Tinker Bell," out on DVD today! You'll recognize some familiar faces and places from Pixie Hollow, and learn even more about what it means to be a Never Fairy, like how animal-talents can actually talk to their animal friends!
Speaking of animals, this weekend is the Animal Masquerade Ball. Stop on by and pay tribute to our fuzzy friends by dressing up as one and celebrating in Acorn Summit, a NEW meadow in Autumn Forest! There will be more details on Pixie Central soon, but for now, vote on your favorite forest critter and tell me what you think you'll see at the Ball!

Check them out in the Pixie Postings in the Hollow -- just click on the News board and then select the "Seasonal Scoop" posting. While you're in the Hollow, be sure to celebrate Tink's Arrival Day party! You have until Tuesday, October 28 to find the secret party location (there's a location hint next to Tink in the picture), collect Dandelion Fluff, and shop for the "Tink's Chic" collection in Dewdrop Vale. Good day, Fairies. Welcome to the official launch of Pixie Hollow! Beta is over and there are so many new, exciting things to check out. Now you can sew your own Fairy clothes or trade your gatherables for clothes and furnishings in Pixie Hollow's shops!
Be sure to pick up a sparkling new party outfit for a big celebration that is happening this week! It's the time of year when we celebrate the arrival of a super special tinker-talent, the beautiful Tinker Bell. Check out the events board on Pixie Central for all the details.

We Need Berry Tales!]]>

Calling all Fairy authors! The Berry Harvest Festival is coming up in Pixie Hollow, and we're looking for berry tales. Writing a berry tale is easy ... just write a story and switch the word "very" with "berry." For example, you could start a story like this: "It was a berry cold day in Autumn Forest ..." Click here and select "Fairy Tale" to submit your berry tale.
If your story gets selected, YOUR Fairy and berry tale will be featured in the Pixie Postings! If you haven't checked out the postings yet, click on the "News" board in the bottom corner of your game screen to read about all the latest Fairy happenings.

Fly with you, Fairies! It's great to meet ya!
I'm Sweet Pea, one of your Never Council pals. The Never Council is a group of Fairies just like you who work behind-the-scenes to bring the online world of Pixie Hollow to life! We'll be posting news all the time, so I thought you might like to get to know us a little better.
Let's start with me! I'm a garden-talent Fairy and I love the color pink, pretty flowers, ribbons, frilly dresses, and tea parties. I'll tell you about upcoming fun stuff like special events and contests.
Kit is the animal-talent Fairy on the Never Council. She's an adventure-seeking, rough and tumble type gal. She'll tell you about technical stuff in the game like how to use your chat tools and other helpful game info.
Marina is a sweet and stylish water-talent Fairy. She loves to make crafts and design new fashions. She'll tell you about new things in the game and may even give you a sneak peek at some of it!
So, that's your Never Land Council. We hope you love flying in Pixie Hollow as much as we do!

Autumn is Here!]]>

Hello, hello Fairies!
Happy first day of autumn! Starting today, you can earn Autumn 2008 badges, including Maple Leaf donation badges and the Autumn Welcome badge. Look in your Leaf Journal to find out how to earn them! Also, in celebration of the new season, we're giving away Maple Leaf Wrap tops to all Fairies that log into Pixie Hollow tomorrow, September 23. They're super-cute so be sure to fly by!
In addition, I'm so pleased to announce our first-ever Pixie Hollow art contest. In honor of fall, the theme of the contest is pumpkin patches, and not just any pumpkin patches ... PIXIE pumpkin patches! This means we're looking for autumn art with some Fairy touches, like nature, animals, and a sprinkling of pixie dust, of course! Oh, did I mention the grand prize is a Tinker Bell TV set and 5 second place winners receive a Disney Fairies digital camera? Cool, huh!
