6/25 - Fairy Tale of the Week

One day, I was visiting Tinker Bell, I heard a lot of tweeting, so I flew outside, a baby bird was learning how to fly, and accidentally, hurt its wing. "How are you going to help it?" asked Tinker Bell, flying next to me. I flipped through pages in my journal and found what I needed."I'm going to need, warm and cool water, a mix of both, and bird lotion!" I said. Tinker Bell flew inside, and returned. I flew and sat down next to the baby bird. "Get some bandages that can be comfortable, like the tan stuff!" I said, watching Tinker Bell go and get that for me. "It's OK, I'm going to fix you up!" I said. After putting some lotion on I dipped his feather into the warm and cool weather. The wound was lightening up a bit, so I put a tad bit of bandage on the little bird and watched it fly as good as a bird can fly. The mother bird came over and thanked me. "If it wasn't for you, our poor Tweeter wouldn't have been healed. Here's an animal badge for your help," said the mother bird, handing me my badge. As the bird flew down, I kissed it on the head, and watched it fly even higher. Work is done, as usual.

Fly with you Tabby! I've heard that we Fairies will soon be able to go into the Wilderness. When will that be?

Fly with you, Dahlia! Just hearing the word "Wilderness" gives me the heebie-jeebies! Bubbly Bog and the Silver Trees have always been the topic of Fairy folklore, but the word around the meadows is that Queen Clarion plans to officially open these areas up to Fairy explorers when the moon is in its first quarter. It takes a lot of skill and pixie dust to enter these unchartered areas of the Hollow, so get ready for some serious adventure!

Sometimes when I am tailoring, I earn a 2X bonus (double points). I like it, but don't know what I'm doing to get that. Can you explain? -Sunrise Vanillamist

Hi Sunrise. Great question! The bonus points in tailoring are awarded for high quality scores. If you tailor so well that you get a score of 85 or above, you receive your bonus which helps you to earn those pattern cards quick as a flit! Plus, if you tailor EXTRA well and get a quality score of 98 to 100, the sewing-talents give you three times the points. Practice definitely pays off when it comes to tailoring in the Hollow.
