Hi Tabby! I love your column; you're an absolutely flitterific reporter and always have the inside scoop! I'm writing to tell you that my Fairy friends and I are VERY excited about the Pixie Dust Tree being opened for all Fairies to enjoy -- we theorize about it all the time! Since you are probably the most "in the know" Fairy in the Hollow (aside from Queen Clarion, of course!), do you have any tidbits about the Pixie Dust Tree that you could share with us? We love pondering about what it will be like, and it would be great to have a few clues to think about while we wait! ~ Fly with you, Roseheart
Fly with you, Roseheart. I'm thrilled you enjoy my column, and I'd be happy to give you and your pixie pals a couple of clues about the new Pixie Dust Tree location! First of all, this social space will be situated around the base of the Pixie Dust Tree, not inside the tree itself. This is because Queen Clarion wanted it to be a central area where all Fairies could sit for a while and chat, while reading the latest news and soaking in the beautiful surroundings. Queen Clarion also wanted to give you something special that lots of Fairies have written in about ... the Tearoom! This sweet and snuggly spot is sure to become a favorite of Fairies who've been looking for a new place to spend time with friends, while enjoying a magical snack. That's all I can write for now, but Fawn and Sweet Pea might have more to say on the subject when they fly in this weekend for the Fairy Feast.
Hi Tabby, Something is wrong with Fawn's Lullaby Badges. I have Lullaby Helper and Lullaby High Score but the other two are missing. What's going on? - Stella Sunglade
Hi there, Stella. The disappearance of the Snowy Lullaby badges has caused quite a stir in the Hollow! At first I thought the butterflies were playing another prank on us, however, as it turns out -- there was just some confusion amongst the badge-talents. They thought these badges were supposed to hibernate, just like the animals in Snowy Lullaby! Well, Fawn had a chat with them and they expect to have the badges back in your Leaf Journals sometime in December. While you wait for them to return, you can work on earning all your baking badges. They are too cute for words!
Till next time, Fairy readers -

Tabby receives lots of questions every day and will only be able to answer a few at a time. If you don't see your question this week, keep trying.

Sit, Little Skunk, while I tell you, why you smell the way you do. It was long ago when your great-granddad, told the Fairies something that made him mad. "Every time I find some food, it's stolen by some bigger dude! I'm not the kind of guy to fight, but stealing food is just not right!" The Fairies agreed with him and thought how to put things as they ought. They asked him to stand still and to trust, as they sprinkled on some pixie dust. From then on every time he found, some food to eat upon the ground, He'd look around to see if there, was a bigger animal anywhere. If there was -- he'd turn to walk away, but behind him a bad smell would spray! From then on even the biggest bear learned to respect him and learned to share. So, Little Skunk, now you know, why a bad smell follows you where you go. In some ways you're the forest king! So please be proud of this smelly thing.

Once upon a time, in Pixie Hollow, a baking-talent called Ginger was baking up a masterpiece for Dulcie, another baking-talent in Pixie Hollow who had her own bakery. Ginger was taking part in the Pixie Hollow Baker of the Year Competition. She was trying to make perfect gingerbread Fairies for her tasty treat but she could never get them just right. The prize was for the winning tasty treat to go on sale in Dulcie's Bakery. The judges were the Minister of Spring and Dulcie herself. When the day came, Ginger was nervous. She was waiting for them to come out of oven when, suddenly, she looked inside of the oven. The gingerbread Fairies looked perfect! She took them out. They were golden and smelled lovely. She smiled to herself. She decorated them with sweets and icing. Then, Dulcie and the Minister came in. Ginger was the winner! Her gingerbread Fairies became very popular in Pixie Hollow after that and, now, whenever you go in a bakery, gingerbread men are always made with ginger.
